Al Wasl Properties, one of the oldest, most trusted and renowned developers in Dubai are launching an amazing project on the main artery of Dubai, Sheikh Zayed Road. It is situated right after trade centre round about on the way to Bur Dubai and is adjacent to Za’abeel Park, Dubai Glow Garden and has views of the Dubai Frame. There has always been pent up demand for a freehold location that is in the centre of the city, close to old Dubai and minutes away from new Dubai (Downtown, Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, DIFC and Jumeirah) and Al Wasl have finally launched a project that is in the absolute perfect location. Fighting traffic to get to meetings or into the centre of the city are a thing of the past if you buy an apartment here.
